which creatine is best?

I’m looking to gain some muscle mass, i was planning on buying a bottle of straight creatine monohydrate. but then i heard about the new product by MHP called TRAC creatine. I’m not sure which one to get, is there anyone whos tried both maybe?

Trac is not new in the least. It’s been out for a few years now. I’ve seen a lot of mixed reviews with it. There really isn’t any harm in trying it since almost everyone has different reactions to it (like protein powders). It simply works great for some, not so much for others.

If all fails, you may want to shop around for any micronized creatine monohydrate. I’ve used Kaizen as they are a pretty reputable brand, and I found it worked well.
