i’m looking to buy something pre wrkt out for lifting
for vascularity, ENERGY, PUMPs etc …..ya know the extra push in the gym when u bench, squat…..etc

i would say….neither they are both overhyped overadvertised products that are not proven to work. a lot of people will even tell u that NO products are useless. im not saying that they dont give u a lil energy and pump, but u dont need pump to build muscle(it really does not even help). work out hard and u will get a pump. they wont make you stronger just stick with creatine monohydrate, protein, and multivitamin. how u eat today will decide how ur workout goes tomorrow period.
