i eat well and take protein i just need that extra push for 2 of my workouts of of 4 a week…….

I’ve been taking BSN No-xplode for 2 years on and off cycle and have never been happier with the results. I tried vapor and got a rash from the niacin in it, I’ve heard others have to plus it made me jittery not focused. Haven’t even heard of anyone taking Black Powder.

i am already taking Green Magnitude, and i want to add either the Purple wraath or the white flood… any advice or experience in either one?

They are actually both somewhat similar…aminos, beta alanine etc.

TBH, with their similaritys it is really what would work best for you. The White Flood might give you more of a pre workout kick as it has caffeine, and it more cost effective.
