NO Xplode & Creatine help!!?

Im 16 years old and around 5′5″. Im thinking about taking NO Xplode to get me more energized during my workouts.
Im pretty short as you can see, will it effect my height development in any way? Because I heard it has large amounts of caffeine.
and are there any bad side effects AT ALL?

Or should I just take creatine? Any side effects with creatine? and does it also get you pump during you workouts?

ah I would wait on taking most supplements until you are at LEAST 18…a sugar free energy drink will energize you good enough but make sure you are eating a good diet as that is the biggest contributor….get your carbs and protein and a little fat well in advance of your work out (1.5-2.5 hours) and eat a protein bar and drink a sugar free energy drink ( maybe half if it is the bigger products) around 30 minutes before working out and stay pumped and work out intense (but smart) and stand up in between sets NO NO XPLODE and NO CREATINE at your age, besides you need to build a base…get into your nitric and creatine in 2-3 years
